5. Promotions and Discount VouchersServices, packages, vouchers, flash sale offers, and special promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

6. Validity PeriodClients are responsible for using their purchased services within the specified validity period. The clinic reserves the right to cancel any unused service after the validity period has expired without refund.
