Service and Package PurchasesClients are advised to review all service details, pricing, number of sessions, validity period, and applicable conditions before making payment.
Refund PolicyAll payments made for services, packages, courses, or promotional offers are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only in cases where the clinic is unable to provide the agreed service or where an error has occurred on the clinic’s part. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Service Changes and Appointment ReschedulingClients who wish to change a service, package, or appointment date should contact the clinic in advance. Any changes are subject to the terms of each service and the clinic’s approval.
ProductsProducts that have been opened, used, unsealed, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of product defects or errors caused by the clinic or supplier.
Promotions and Discount VouchersServices, packages, vouchers, flash sale offers, and special promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
Validity PeriodClients are responsible for using their purchased services within the specified validity period. The clinic reserves the right to cancel any unused service after the validity period has expired without refund.
